The
Annual General Meeting of the Yorkshire Numismatic Society for 2019
will be at 2:30pm on Saturday, 23rd November
2019, at Swarthmore Education Centre, 2-7
Woodhouse Square, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS3 1AD.
Agenda
(1)
record apologies for absence.
(2)
receive the minutes of the previous AGM and deal with matters
arising,
(3)
receive the reports of the president, editor, webmaster and publicity
officer,
(4)
receive from the treasurer and, if approved, adopt the society's
audited accounts for the preceding financial year,
(5)
consider any duly made alterations of the rules, which may be adopted
by formal majority,
(6)
approve the election of duly nominated honorary member(s) and awards,
by formal majority,
(7)
approve the programme for the following year,
(8)
elect the officers and other council members,
(9)
deal with any other matters tabled or notified by the council.
It
is proposed that membership will lapse if the annual subscription is
unpaid at the end of February in any year.
